After the holidays, I often feel like my body needs a reset. Between alcohol, heavier meals, cheese, sweets, (more cheese) and disrupted routines, I notice more sluggishness and lower energy. Detoxing helps me rehydrate and reconnect with healthier habits that may have fallen aside during the continuous parties. I also find it helpful for boosting immunity especially during flu season.
For someone else, a post-holiday detox can be beneficial in the same way: it can restore balance, boost energy, support digestion, and provide a mental reset that makes it easier to transition back into a sustainable, healthy routine. I have used the below juices in the past for such a reset. I recommend drinking 1-2 a day, alongside, healthier meals. Continue for a week.
