Holly Woodward
Holly is a graduate from the School of Business at High Point University, with undergraduate degrees in Interior Design/Home Furnishings Marketing; and completed Masters of Fine Arts courses in Interior Architecture at the Academy of Art.
Holly worked in design education for fifteen years in the North Carolina College System. As former Department Head she acquired extensive knowledge in design presentation and has used this love to train hundreds of students into becoming successful business owners, and designers.
In 2007 Holly launched House of Woodward, LLC, a studio offering a variety of
design and freelance services to design industry members. She has worked with established designers and furniture manufacturers to conceive furnishings, textiles, architectural illustrations, and presentation. She offers services in Visual Merchandising and continues to work internationally over three continents designing showrooms.
Holly sits on the Advisory Board for the School of Art and Design at High Point University, and Randolph Community College. She has mentored senior level students at Appalachian State University. She is the former Carolina’s Chapter
President of (IFDA) International Furniture Design Association. Holly has worked as a freelance design columnist and formerly had a design segment on FOX 8 WGHP.
Her greatest joy is being in bedroom slippers, at home with Mark and our dogs Dash and Lily.

Mark Woodward
After graduating from East Tennessee State University with a Business Degree, Mark started his career in operations management. He has led the manufacturing operations for some of the most admired furniture brands in the industry. In his current role as Vice President of Manufacturing, he is responsible for a multi-plant upholstery division. He relies on a strong belief in continuous improvement and leadership culture to bring solid results to an organization.
For Dash Home + Kitchen, he will help set up an efficient running operation that minimizes labor and inventory levels. He will also be heavily involved in the accounting systems and financial reporting. Mark will continue to work his full-time job in the furniture industry.
Come meet him on weekends as he spins tunes on our turntable. Come talk music, drums, and bourbon.

DASH
Dash, on the right, is our 11-year-old Great Labradane and namesake for the business. Adopted from the Guilford County Animal shelter in Greensboro, North Carolina it was love at first sniff. His hobbies include professional ball playing, snuggling with stuffed toys, and taking long naps on his hill. He enjoys helping mom in the kitchen.

Lily
Our Lily, on the left, is a seven-year-old terrier- mix rescued last minute by the Ruff Love Rescue in Thomasville, North Carolina. She runs the house. Her favorite pastimes include digging tunnels, demolishing Dash’s stuffed toys, belly rubs, and dancing on her hind legs. She is 100% a sweet girl.

Hailey Phillips
Hailey is our Merchandising and Design Associate operating both the House of Woodward and DASH accounts. She is a graduate of Randolph Community College in Interior Design and is working towards her Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture at University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She joined the team through the exploration of her internship in the Fall of 2023. During that time, she assisted in the brand development for DASH to include website design, merchandising displays, product selection, 3-d modeling, CAD and marketing.
Hailey manages the website’s maintenance, social media, digital marketing, and facilitates in instore installations. She is Holly’s ride-or-die with incoming showroom and residential design projects for the House of Woodward.
Hailey was honored by the International Furniture Design Association as their “Rising Star”, an honor bestowed to the most talented design seniors in North Carolina.

Jennifer Cruz
Jennifer is a native of Hickory and a graduate of Western Carolina University with a bachelor's degree in marketing. After living and pursuing a career in Charlotte for twenty-four years, she and her family have recently relocated back to the area. She resides with her husband, daughter, and their five-year old Goldendoodle named Tucker. We are thrilled to have Jennifer on board as our Sales Manager. We hear she makes a mean beef bourguignon.

Erin Collins
Erin is a sophomore at Western Carolina and is majoring in Interior Design. She never passes up a sweet treat and always says “yes” to ice cream. She has the sweetest Golden Retriever named Willow. Erin is a natural at baking and loves to make cookies. She will join our weekend team at DASH. Come and meet her on Saturday!

Shelby Slobodzinski
Shelby brings seven years of experience in the retail and hospitality industries, most recently serving as the Operations Manager for Blowing Rock Brewing. She is a graduate of Appalachian State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s in History with a concentration in Law and Criminal Justice. Additionally, Shelby completed the paralegal program at Caldwell Community College and began her career as a Real Estate Paralegal at Moffatt & Moffatt, PLLC. When not at DASH, she is a NC Realtor with Osborne Real Estate Group. She is a newly wed to Ryan and loves to cook, especially pasta dishes. We love that she has two dogs, Harley and Brewer. When not at work she enjoys brewery hopping and a cold American IPA.

Renae Everman brings a warm, welcoming spirit to her role as Sales Associate where she assists customers with in-store sales, hospitality, and creating an exceptional shopping experience. Pamela Kale
Pamela brings more than 30 years of experience in design and sales to her role as Outside Sales Associate where she is helping spearhead our Corporate Gift Giving Program, Bridal Registry Referrals, and the launch of the new Gourmet-to-Go Retail Program debuting this summer. A Hickory native, Pamela has a deep appreciation for the community and lifestyle that make Western North Carolina so special, and she is passionate about building meaningful relationships through thoughtful hospitality and personalized service.
Outside of work, Pamela is passionate about wellness and Pilates and is a certified mat Pilates instructor. She loves to travel and is always drawn to the mountains, but home remains her favorite destination. Her style is comfortable, casual, and centered around family, friends, and gathering together. She enjoys a glass of wine on the back porch overlooking beautiful lake and mountain views. In the kitchen, Pamela’s favorite comfort food is her signature chili during the cooler months, while spring and summer are all about grilling and roasting seasonal vegetables with family and friends.

Jason Trivette
Born and raised in the foothills of Western North Carolina, Chef Jason Trivette brings a deeply personal, family-inspired approach to food and hospitality through his collaboration with DASH Home + Kitchen and the development of the store’s new Gourmet-to-Go program. Focused on comforting Southern-inspired cuisine designed for modern living, Chef Jason is helping create a collection of thoughtfully prepared grab-and-go meals, take-and-bake freezer entrées, and seasonal specialties.
Inspired early by his mother and grandmothers, Chef Jason discovered his love for cooking at a young age and entered the hospitality industry humbly as a dishwasher. His relentless work ethic, curiosity, and dedication to the craft quickly propelled him through the culinary ranks. Over the course of his career, he has built a diverse background spanning private chef services, catering, restaurant leadership, and large-scale event execution.
As Founder and Chef of Chef Trivette’s Conceptions, Jason has curated elevated culinary experiences centered around thoughtful sourcing, refined technique, and genuine hospitality. Through his partnership with DASH, Chef Jason brings that same passion and care to approachable meals designed to make gathering around the table feel effortless.
