The particular soils from which our Brunello is born, their altitude, their exposure and the microclimates deriving from them, mean that the wine has intense aromas of undergrowth with evident red berry fruit and ripe cherry together with notes of taste-olfactory elegance deriving from this perfect combination of factors. The ruby color of the young Brunello fades in its evolution, leaving glimpse light garnet notes that change depending on the age of the wines. The structure of the wine is rich in dry extract that reaches up to 32/33 gr/l its tannins they are present but soft and its persistence in the mouth is long. Our Brunello goes very well with roasted red meats and game skewers. 750 ml - Bottle
