Hickory Farmers Market - "Rooted in Wellness" Dinner 2026

The Hickory Farmers Market invites the community to kick off its Moon Dinner Series with Dinner One: “Rooted in Wellness.” This special evening will celebrate nourishing, plant-based living through an inspired three-course vegan comfort cuisine menu, served family style, by Chefs Justice Geran and Sous Chef Ashley Geran of Plant Based Boss.  A selection of juices and an Apothecary Mocktail will be provided by Jessica McGratty, Owner of Juice Apothecary.

Held on Friday, January 9th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Plant Based Boss in downtown Hickory.  The event will be standing room only.  

Sponsored by No Pelvis Left Behind, Juice Apothecary, Plant Based Boss; the dinner serves as a fundraiser supporting the Hickory Farmers Market and its mission to connect the community with fresh, sustainable, locally grown foods.  Guests can collect recipe cards and continue their health and wellness plan throughout the year.
