Grapes and Tasting Notes:
100% Trepat (Unique native grape of DO Penedes) Fine and gentle bubbles. Floral aromas with hints of gooseberry, strawberry and brioche. Crisp and vibrant, with a fine and refreshing creamy sparkle. 

Winemaking Notes:
Bottle aging with lees for a minimum of 20 months. Disgorged naturally without freezing the neck of the bottle in order to avoid the thermal contrast and the cooling of the yeasts, preserving natural aromas. We have a minimal intervention winemaking approach,
and only work with our estate-grown grapes. We use slow pressings in various stages to get the best from our grapes and vinify with very low levels of residual sugar. We also work with local yeasts to maximize the expression the terroir.
