Meet Jessica Anaya

Jessica Anaya is the owner of Simply Jam’n Boards, a charcuterie shop that offers custom charcuterie boards, boxes, and grazing tables for corporate and special events in Hickory.

 

Jessica found her passion for creating, cooking, and sharing food with others as early as her home economics class in high school. She studied Culinary Arts at Asheville-Buncombe Technical College, but eventually found her way back home to the Hickory food scene. Jessica has been featured in local publications as well as Our State Magazine for her charcuterie work. She lives in Hickory with her husband and three children. She loves to read, garden, attend church, travel, and experience local food wherever she goes.
