Mini Charcuterie Class, Monday, May 11th, 6:00 pm

Join us for an exciting, hands-on Mini Charcuterie Board Class with Jessica Anaya of Simply Jam’n Boards! In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn the art of styling a beautiful and delicious charcuterie board and arranging them with flair.

Jessica will guide you through design techniques, pairing tips, and creative touches that make every board stand out. 

Create your own mini charcuterie board to take home and enjoy as the ultimate girl dinner, or to share with a friend.

Meet Jessica Anaya

Jessica Anaya is the owner of Simply Jam’n Boards, a charcuterie shop that offers custom charcuterie boards, boxes, and grazing tables for corporate and special events in Hickory.

Jessica found her passion for creating, cooking, and sharing food with others as early as her home economics class in high school. She studied Culinary Arts at Asheville-Buncombe Technical College, but eventually found her way back home to the Hickory food scene. Jessica has been featured in local publications as well as Our State Magazine for her charcuterie work. She lives in Hickory with her husband and three children. She loves to read, garden, attend church, travel, and experience local food wherever she goes.
