Quick Fermentation for Beginners - Saturday, July 12th at 4:00

Join us for a tangy and bold workshop in our Hoodsly Instructional Kitchen!  Learn how to make a 30-minute quick cabbage kimchi that tastes authentically Korean.  We will also explore a simple five-day dill pickle that you will begin in-class and take away to continue to ferment over the next week.
