Chiarli Lambrusco Vecchia Modena

Tasting notes: Bright pink color with persistent foam. Delicate aromas of raspberry, violet flowers and wild strawberry. On the palate it is fresh, dry and vibrant, with good acidity and great harmony.

Vinification: Controlled fermentation in closed tanks using the "Charmat" method. Short maceration to preserve fresh aromas and light color.

Recommended pairing: Perfect with Italian cured meats, pastas with mild sauces, seafood and appetizers, tortellini, boiled meats and generally traditional Emiliana cuisine.
