Gingerbread Fun with Danielle Cannon

Danielle Cannon will be spreading holiday cheer and sharing her love for gingerbread in this one-night event.  Come learn how to assemble your own gingerbread house.  She will teach you baking techniques using molds and cutters.  Fully baked gingerbread will be ready to decorate with candies, cereal, pretzels, icing, and other treats.  All proceeds from ticket sales go to the Hickory Art Museum.  This event is sponsored by the North Hickory Market and hosted at DASH Home + Kitchen.

Meet Danielle Cannon

Danielle knows a thing or two about gingerbread baking!  She began decorating gingerbreads at the home of a good friend and then went on to make her own gingerbread houses for her friends' children.  After moving to Hickory 11 years ago, she started the Jingle Bell Gingerbread House Party at the Hickory Museum of Art which is a perfect location for this event, because Danielle joined the HMA team in the summer of 2023.
