Is a premium unfiltered sake that embodies the essence of traditional brewing techniques. It is produced by the Miyashita Brewery, known for its commitment to quality and authenticity. The sake is crafted using a traditional method where raw, unfiltered sake is pressed through a very rough filter, resulting in a flavorful brew. The flavor profile includes a rich palate with mildly sweet and slightly acidic notes, complemented by flavors of coconut, mango, sweet confections, and yogurt. It is best served chilled and pairs well with Korean barbecue, Szechuan-style spicy foods, Japanese curry, and red bean paste dessert rice. The rice used in its production is Akebono, and the milling rate is 70%. The alcohol content is 15.8% by volume.
